5. Choice - From time to time, Lumiford
may ask you to indicate whether you are interested in receiving emails/ SMS and
other information from Lumiford or not. If you elect to receive

or other information that match your requests and offer you promotions and

offers also provides Lumiford the consent to send SMS for the
