Returns & Refunds
- The customer can request a replacement for the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will deliver a replacement unit to the customer.
- Replacement can be requested if the customer establishes that the product was delivered in a defective condition or has physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
- A replacement with a new, unopened unit can be provided to the customer if they establish that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- In case of receiving damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our website support team. However, the request will be processed after a Lumiford team member has checked and confirmed the issue, typically within 24 hours of receiving the products.
- If you believe that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not match the provided specifications, please notify the Lumiford website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The website support team will investigate your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
- In the case of replacement, the entire product package, including the product and its accessories, must be handed over to the courier arranged by us.
- A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
- If the customer is dissatisfied with the look or sound quality of a defect-free product.
- If physical damage is not reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- If the damage is caused by an electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds. However, customers can request a replacement for the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the customers and the shipping process has been initiated.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- Cancellations are not accepted for products obtained on special occasions. These are limited-occasion offers, and therefore, cancellations are not possible.
- Product prices listed on the website are current. While every effort has been made to accurately label the products, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case a transaction was made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that this happens, we will provide a full refund of all money received from the customer.
- Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
- All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees. For international cards used on the site, the banks' applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction over this, and any disputes or queries regarding exchange rates and bank charges should be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument.
- All orders are acknowledged at the current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect at the time of receipt of money and the issuance of an invoice. Our products are liable for GST in India.

- Our goal is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, in case a product is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and provide you with the option to exchange, delay, or cancel the order based on your convenience.
Delivery of Products:
- Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses, stores, or offices at various locations in India. Our goal is to deliver the products to you within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the order and payment, depending on the delivery address.
- Order deliveries will be made by our staff or third-party couriers and logistics companies or postal services, usually between 10:30 am – 7 pm, Monday to Saturday.
- Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed for by an alternative person other than the person who placed the order at the address provided at the time of the order.
- Since the transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
- We are not responsible for damage to products after delivery.
- All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the Contact Us page on the web store. Additionally, any shortage of goods should be highlighted and signed on the Proof of Delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.
- If your order has not been delivered but is reflecting as "Delivered" on the tracker, please bring this to our attention within 24 hours, or else we will not be able to process your request.
- Shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges will be provided at the time of checkout, and consumers will be informed about this before making payments.
